01How is pricing structured?−
We quote fixed‑price per build, scoped to an outcome metric — no hourly billing. Most builds land between $8k–$45k; retainers and strategy hours start at $4.5k/mo. Final pricing depends on complexity, integrations, custom development, documentation, and ongoing support needs.
02Do you replace our staff with AI?+
No. We replace the worst parts of their week. Every deployment includes approval layers so humans stay in the loop on judgement calls. The goal is to remove low-value manual work so your team can focus on higher-value tasks, customers, and growth.
03What tools and stacks do you work with — and can you use ours?+
We work with n8n, Voiceflow, Vapi, Zapier, Make, OpenAI, Anthropic, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Notion, Shopify, Twilio, and more. If it has an API, we can wire it. We use existing tools where possible and build custom workflows or integrations when something more specific is needed — so if you already have a stack, we'll work with it rather than around it.
04What results can we expect, and how long until we see ROI?+
Most clients see time saved, faster response times, fewer manual errors, cleaner handoffs, and more consistent operations. Workflow automations typically pay back within 30–60 days — concierge agents within 90. We model this in the strategy phase before you commit, measuring ROI through hours saved, speed improvements, reduced errors, improved follow-up, lower admin load, and revenue-impacting workflow gains.
05Who owns the system, and is our data safe?+
You do. Every build is delivered with full source, credentials, and SOPs in your accounts — we can stay on retainer or hand off entirely. All workflows are designed with privacy, permissions, and access control in mind. For sensitive processes, we add human approval layers and stricter safeguards.
06What do you automate — and how do you decide where to start?+
We automate repetitive workflows across sales, operations, admin, support, marketing, reporting, and internal team processes. To find the right starting point, we look for tasks that are time-consuming, error-prone, or directly tied to revenue — then prioritize the easiest high-impact wins first.
07How long does setup take, and what happens after launch?+
Simple automations can launch quickly — more complex systems depend on integrations, workflow complexity, data quality, and approvals. Once live, we test the system, train your team, provide documentation, and can support ongoing maintenance or improvements.
08Do we need to understand AI — and what do you need from us to start?+
No technical knowledge required. We handle strategy, setup, implementation, testing, and training so your team can use the system confidently from day one. To get started, we just need your current workflow, tool access, examples of manual work, key pain points, and one point of contact for feedback.
